The price is agreed as a total before departure, and it is worth asking whether a short stop in Konjic or Jablanica is included — if you are passing anyway it is a shame not to, but that is arranged in advance, not en route. For one traveller the bus via the city is far cheaper; a car starts to make sense from three or four people with luggage upwards.
