We cannot book you a taxi

This is the message we get most often, so to be direct: taxibih.com is not a taxi company or a booking service. We do not own vehicles, take reservations, or arrange airport pickups. If you email us asking for a car at 6am tomorrow, nobody will come. To book a ride, call one of the dispatch numbers on the page for your city — they are real business lines, and most dispatchers in Sarajevo, Mostar and Tuzla can take a booking in English.

Tell us if a price was wrong

If you were charged something very different from what this site said, we genuinely want to know — that is how the numbers stay honest. Useful details:

• The route — where you got in and where you got out.
• What you paid, and whether the meter was running or the price was agreed in advance.
• Roughly when — day or night, and the date. Night rates and airport runs legitimately cost more, so timing changes whether a fare was fair.
• Which page you were reading, if you remember.

We cannot recover money for you and we have no authority over any driver. What we can do is correct the figure so the next traveller arrives better informed.

If you had a problem with a driver

A complaint has to go to the taxi company whose car you were in, or to the local municipal or cantonal inspection authority — not to us. Keep the receipt if you were given one, and note the vehicle number. Tell us anyway if the same company keeps coming up: it affects how, and whether, we list them.
