There is no Uber or Bolt here. This is what locals and visitors actually use - and the one backup that never fails.
Short version: install Moj Taxi, but save a dispatch phone number too. The apps are great when they work and quietly fail when they don't - usually for exactly the foreign travellers who rely on them most.

Watch out: foreign cards are often rejected, registration can need a local number, and you may get “no taxi available” at peak times. Keep a number handy.
