What the drive is actually like
Mostar to Dubrovnik is about 140 km down the Neretva and then along the coast, crossing into Croatia. It takes around two and a half hours without hold-ups, but in summer the border can add an hour. Part of the route passes through Neum, Bosnia's only stretch of coast.
